Teresa Khirallah
FOUNDER & CEO
Teresa Khirallah founded TK ED Consulting in 2020 with a vision to transform education by fostering a sense of deep belonging and implementing rigorous instructional practices to empower all students to achieve greatness. Guided by her steadfast belief in the potential of students, educators, and organizations, Teresa has dedicated her career to building systems that cultivate connection, innovation, and excellence.
Before launching TK ED Consulting, Teresa served as a principal and principal supervisor, seeing first hand the opportunities and challenges educational leaders face. She then worked with a nonprofit organization, where she successfully launched a Leadership Team Program that supported over 250 schools in the past decade. Under her leadership, the program not only helped schools thrive but also led to 86% of participating schools outperforming similar schools in key academic measures. This achievement laid the groundwork for Teresa’s passion for creating transformative, data-driven solutions that drive meaningful impact.
TK has harnessed the expertise of fellow educators and grown TK ED Consulting into a dynamic team of eight employees and two independent contractors, collectively bringing decades of expertise to the field. Together, they design, develop, facilitate, and coach on topics such as planning effective PLC meetings, data-driven practices, building high-functioning teams, fostering psychological safety for students and adults, instructional planning, and coaching for impactful feedback.
At the heart of TK ’s mission is a commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment where every employee is encouraged to bring their authentic selves to the work. By modeling this culture within the organization, Teresa ensures that the same principles are reflected in the services provided to schools and districts.
