New Teacher Acceleration
Guided by our core text, “The Reflective Teacher: 24 Questions for Early Career Success,” our New Teacher Acceleration program is built around consistent, collaborative learning.
Participants engage in monthly peer learning groups led by experienced TK Ed coaches. These sessions create a structured space for teachers to analyze their practice, identify gaps, and learn from one another. Rather than prescribing solutions, coaches facilitate discussions that help teachers develop the skills to diagnose challenges, test strategies, and refine their approach over time.
Through a combination of guided reflection, peer collaboration, and expert facilitation, the New Teacher Acceleration program equips new educators with the tools and mindsets needed to thrive—setting a strong foundation for long-term success in the classroom and beyond.
