Carrie Davila
Director of Leadership Development
Carrie Davila brings more than 20 years of public education experience to her work with TK Education Consulting. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about developing people, strengthening instruction, and creating environments where both students and educators can grow and thrive. Her relationship-centered approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful, sustainable change begins with knowing people well, building trust, and keeping student learning at the center.
Carrie began her career as an elementary classroom teacher before moving into a variety of instructional and leadership roles across multiple Texas school districts. Her experience spans classroom teaching, intervention, instructional coaching and campus leadership. Most recently, she has worked alongside teachers and school leaders to strengthen instructional practices, analyze student learning, facilitate effective PLCs, develop targeted interventions, and turn data into clear, actionable next steps. These experiences have shaped her practical approach to school improvement and her understanding of what allows great teaching to flourish.
Carrie’s work is grounded in helping educators grow. She is energized by helping others recognize their strengths, reflect on their practice, and build the confidence and capacity to improve outcomes for students. As a coach, Carrie values genuine partnership and works alongside educators to make the work practical, purposeful, and responsive to individual needs.
