Jolee Healey is the Chief of District Programs and Partnerships, known for her unwavering dedication to student success and school improvement. Over the course of a 30-year career in public education—including roles as principal, principal supervisor, assistant superintendent, and Chief of Schools in a large urban district—Jolee has led transformative initiatives that raise school performance and expand access to high-quality instruction.

In her previous role, she led 226 campuses in implementing high-impact instructional practices such as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), data-driven instruction, and other proven strategies to accelerate learning and promote systemwide alignment. She also supervised principal managers and multiple district departments to drive organizational coherence and stronger results.

Two defining highlights of her career include: launching Texas’s first Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) turnaround model, a pioneering initiative that delivered measurable success and has since been adopted across the state, and designing and leading a comprehensive principal pipeline, featuring development programs for leaders at every level.

Jolee holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on school turnaround. Her expertise lies in scaling effective practices that lead to lasting improvement in urban school systems.

Today, she partners with districts to foster collaboration across departments, creating unified goals and coordinated support systems that strengthen strategy, culture,  and resource allocation for elevating student achievement.
