Our Impact: Partnering to Transform Education Across Texas
At TK ED Consulting, we are committed to strengthening school systems, leadership capacity, learning readiness, and instructional excellence to improve student outcomes. Our work spans across all 20 Regional Education Service Centers (ESCs) serving over 5 million students, and four school districts serving over 200,000 students total, equipping educational leaders with the skills, strategies, and support necessary to drive sustainable change.
Through strategic planning, hands-on coaching, and professional development, we empower organizational and district leaders, principals, and teachers to build aligned systems that foster student success. Our impact is reflected in the voices of those we serve:
